Olde Carlsbad Ocean View Project:

This grand property is being brought back to life with high end designer finishes. A main home with 2500/ft of living space and a 3 car detached garage with a 700/ft apartment above.

Purchased in July 2023 , we are in the planning and permitting process to build more units.

Linda Vista project:

This property was a duplex that we fully renovated, have had tenants in for a year while we worked on plans, permits and construction of two ground up units and a converted garage to a unit. The project is now completed with the front duplex being rented out since Nov 2021 and now the three additional units are leased up. Here are some photos of this development project:

City Heights Project:

This project involves taking a 2 unit property and adding two additional units on a very small lot for a total of 4 units, the billboards also produce monthly rental income. This is a value add long term hold project.
