Mark- Encinitas After some difficult family and financial circumstances I decided to sell my house. I found Matt’s company in a google search and he called me after I input my info online. We met the next day at the house and I showed Matt the house, he was very understanding about the urgency and had lots of information that helped me. I enjoyed talking with Matt but didn’t want to rush to a decision so I called a few more companies in the next few days. Out of everyone I spoke with I was impressed the most with Matt and his knowledge of the process and his disposition when explaining things to me. I decided to sell to Matt and I am glad I did, there were no surprises during the escrow and he closed on time. Thank you Matt.
