Matthew Welch- Owner MTW Properties, LLC

Matt has been involved in buying, fixing up and selling residential real estate in San Diego County since 2009. Starting his career working a large residential investment firm with institutional backing.  In 2009 his first role was to scout properties headed for trustee sale, he would report back to the acquisitions team on condition, occupancy, neighborhood attributes and so on.  Matt progressed with the company quickly taking on more roles and would eventually become director of acquisitions for the firms buying in San Diego County.

After a few years Matt decided to venture out on his own and started MTW Properties, LLC. The goal at MTW Properties is to solve homeowners problems by purchasing their property in an easy, stressless transaction with peace of mind for the sellers.

Matt resides in Carlsbad, California with his wife and two young boys at home, they enjoy spending time with the boys outdoors with at the beaches, attractions and parks that North County San Diego has to offer.
