How fast will I hear back?
Fast. I run every valuation in-house and make the decision myself, so you get a straight answer quickly.
Will you retrade after we agree on a price?
No. The number I agree to is the number I close at.
Can I represent you as the agent?
Yes. In most cases you can represent me on the purchase and list the home after the renovation.
Do you work with wholesalers?
Yes. I close on assignments and double closes, and I’ll send proof of funds on request.
What do you need to look at a deal?
Just the address and your contact info. I’ll gather the rest myself.
What I buy
Properties across all of San Diego County, from North County to East County. I take pride in two things: valuing every deal in-house, and responding fast. If you're not sure a property fits, send it anyway. I'd rather take a look.
For agents
- No retrading. Unlike most investors, I don't come back after inspection asking for a lower price. The price I agree to is the price I close at.
- Fast answers. I run the valuation myself, so you're not waiting on a committee.
- Represent me on the purchase. You're welcome to represent me as the buyer.
- List it when it's done. In most cases, the agent who brings me the deal can list the home once the renovation is finished.
- Easy to work with. I keep you updated, show up when I say I will, and make your client glad they chose a buyer who performs.
For wholesalers
- Assignments or double closes. Whichever your deal needs.
- Proof of funds on request.
- Your fee and your seller relationship are respected.
